珍愛葡萄酒藝術有限公司（以下簡稱AOW）一向秉持誠信的經營理念，長期致力於推動專業酒類教育與文化。針對2025年2月16日台灣酒研國際有限公司於其網站散播之錯誤訊息，內容嚴重失實，對公眾認知產生誤導，已對本公司商譽造成影響。為此，AOW鄭重聲明，對於任何不實言論或惡意中傷行為，本公司將維護權益，採取相關法律行動，以維護本公司商譽。
有關「台灣酒研學院擅用AOW名稱」一事，本公司強調，任何未經授權使用本公司名稱、標誌或相關資產之行為均屬侵權。本公司已掌握充分證據，並保留追究法律責任的權利。針對台灣酒研學院網站發佈之不實聲明，對本公司品牌形象與業務營運造成損害，本公司要求立即撤下並收回不實相關報導。AOW將不遺餘力地捍衛商譽，對任何惡意中傷或誤導公眾之行為絕不姑息。
我們也呼籲社會大眾勿輕信未經查證之消息，避免被誤導或參與錯誤資訊傳播。最後，AOW再次重申，我們將採取一切必要的法律行動來維護本公司合法權益，並確保市場秩序與公眾利益不受侵害。

Official Statement from Art of Wine (AOW)
AOW Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AOW) has always upheld the principles of integrity and professionalism, dedicating itself to the promotion of wine education and culture. Regarding the false information disseminated on February 16, 2025, by Taiwan Wine Academy on its website, we declare that the content is severely misleading, creating public confusion and damaging the reputation of our company.
In light of this, AOW formally states that we will take all necessary legal actions to safeguard our rights and protect our corporate reputation against any false statements or malicious attacks.
Concerning the unauthorized use of the AOW name by Taiwan Wine Academy, we emphasize that any use of our company name, logo, or related intellectual property without authorization constitutes an infringement. We have gathered sufficient evidence and reserve the right to pursue legal action. The false statements published on the Taiwan Wine Academy’s website have harmed our brand image and business operations. Therefore, we demand the immediate removal and retraction of the false claims. AOW remains firm and resolute in defending its reputation and will not tolerate any defamation or misleading public statements.
We also urge the public to verify facts before believing or spreading unverified information, to avoid being misled or contributing to the dissemination of false claims. Finally, AOW reiterates that we will take all necessary legal measures to protect our lawful rights, ensuring that market integrity and public interest remain uncompromised.
